All bedrooms and ensuites feature Lutron Sivoia motorised automated blinds, synchronised to close at dusk, whether that's late evening in mid-summer, or at 4pm in the depths of winter. The blinds feature sheer and blackout material, to regulate light and control heat, and providing different levels of privacy in winter and summer.
Over time we have fine-tuned the system to meet the client's specific requirements as they settle into the home. For example, the addition of an override feature gives the owners the ability to snooze harsh flood-lighting when they are entertaining in the evening. neon artwork the client owns is incorporated into the Crestron home control system, and this too can be switched on via remote.
One big open plan space with a wooden partition separating the games room from the living area. Bowers and Wilkins in-wall speakers complement the minimalistic interior (Bowers and Wilkins being a client favourite, they own a pair of the Reference 800 series speakers).
